FAQ

How do I take care of a painting?

Because the background of most of my paintings are matte, they are highly sensitive to the oils in our fingertips. Hold the canvas from the sides and avoid contact with the top surface. Canvases can be gently dusted with a light brush or muslin cloth. Avoid anything with harsh bristles as it may scratch the paint off. Avoid areas with excess moisture.

The painting I want is sold out or is not available in the store. What should I do?

Pieces available in the store are created in limited quantity but if you see one that you like in the store or in my portfolio, I would be happy to re-create it for you as a commission order. Please contact me through email or Instagram to order.

What’s the best way to store a painting?

I highly recommend wrapping it in paper to avoid any dust or other matter damaging the picture. Avoid placing objects on top of the canvas as it may distort the shape of the canvas frame and avoid any rigid objects leaning against it as it may cause permanent indentation. When storing multiple canvases together (e.g the hexagon trio’s), place a sheet of paper between each canvas so that they don’t stick together and cause the paint to peel off.

How long will will it take to deliver?

It takes approximately 1-2 weeks for shipping & delivery.

What is your return policy?

A great amount persistency, time and energy goes into every piece and I want all my collectors to enjoy the piece to the full extent. Once a purchase has been made, I am unable to give a refund. If there are any shipping issues, please contact me and we will work something out.
