Shipping Policy
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You will not be invoiced for shipping cost after your purchase. All originals are packed with the upmost care and safety precautions. Any original painting over $250 has shipping insurance purchased on it by me, incase of the event that it is damaged or lost by the postage system. For more information on shipping please contact me.
Please note that duties and customs may apply but I do not determine or cover these.
Any painting that is larger than 36" will be shipped un-stretched, rolled and shipped with stretcher bars in a tube for re-stretching. You can take to a local framer for re-stretching.
Where can you ship?
Currently, we only ship to the US and Canada at checkout however if you are overseas and would like to make a purchase, please email ateliersohana@gmail.com and I will create a custom checkout for you.
How long will it take to ship my order
All orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days via UPS Priority Mail. Once the package has been shipping off, we will send you an email with your UPS tracking number. Signatures are required for all deliveries.
What is your return or exchange policy?
No refunds or exchanges on items (prints OR originals) unless item is damaged in shipping, in which case you must show proof of damage. Special circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies- these must be discussed with Sohana personally before purchasing.
Deposits on commissions are non-refundable unless granted otherwise by Sohana.
